Returns within the European Union
The European law demands that we refund the product price and shipping costs charged for the original shipment when an order is returned. Simply put, one shipping fee is on us.
Standard Shipping: Ordered with “standard shipping” and want to return it? We’ll refund the product price and initial shipping costs, but return shipping costs will be paid by you.
Free Shipping: Opted for “free shipping” and need to return your order? We’ll refund the product price, but since we paid for the initial shipping, you’ll handle the return costs.
General Information on Returns and Exchanges
We’ll cover return shipping if we sent you the wrong item or size or your product arrived damaged.
You’ll be responsible for return shipping if you want to exchange your product for another size or if the package is returned because it wasn’t picked up at the post office.
We currently don’t offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange for another size, color, or style, please place a new order.
How to Return an Item
You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days from the day the goods were delivered to you.
- To return an item, email us at orders@aimediocracy.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will guide you through the delightfully mundane process. Please note that any items returned without prior communication with us will not be accepted.
- Make sure the items you want to return are unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging, including all tags for a full refund. Feel free to re-use our packaging to ship your return package.
- Returns must be paid by you, so choose to drop off your package at your preferred return location.
- Once we’ve received the returned items, we will examine them and initiate your refund process. If you followed the return instructions correctly, the product price and initial shipping costs will be refunded.
