Shipping and Returns

In the true spirit of contemporary capitalism, we unceremoniously affix our logo on generic products and delegate production to the specialists. Your orders are fulfilled by our Print-on-Demand partner, Printful. As all products are made to order, it generally takes 2-5 business days for Printful to create and dispatch an order. After that, shipping time hinges on the delivery destination. We ship to the following locations, with their respective typical shipping times:

The cost of shipping varies depending on the products, product quantities, and destination. To find out the exact cost of shipping for your order, please proceed to the checkout process. All orders over €99 are eligible for free shipping.

Returns within the European Union

The European law demands that we refund the product price and shipping costs charged for the original shipment when an order is returned. Simply put, one shipping fee is on us.

Standard Shipping: Ordered with “standard shipping” and want to return it? We’ll refund the product price and initial shipping costs, but return shipping costs will be paid by you.

Free Shipping: Opted for “free shipping” and need to return your order? We’ll refund the product price, but since we paid for the initial shipping, you’ll handle the return costs.

General Information on Returns and Exchanges

We’ll cover return shipping if we sent you the wrong item or size or your product arrived damaged.

You’ll be responsible for return shipping if you want to exchange your product for another size or if the package is returned because it wasn’t picked up at the post office.

We currently don’t offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange for another size, color, or style, please place a new order.

How to Return an Item

You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days from the day the goods were delivered to you.

  1. To return an item, email us at orders@aimediocracy.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will guide you through the delightfully mundane process. Please note that any items returned without prior communication with us will not be accepted.
  2. Make sure the items you want to return are unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging, including all tags for a full refund. Feel free to re-use our packaging to ship your return package.
  3. Returns must be paid by you, so choose to drop off your package at your preferred return location.
  4. Once we’ve received the returned items, we will examine them and initiate your refund process. If you followed the return instructions correctly, the product price and initial shipping costs will be refunded.

Customs

Within the European Union, you will not be charged for customs. For international shipments outside the European Union, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
